Ryann has built his career with Tier 1 contractors in the UK, rising through the ranks thanks to his dedication and passion for the industry. Now serving as Preconstruction Director and a member of the Boom Construction Board, he is responsible for all pre-construction activities, from business development to contract negotiation and everything in between.

Ryann draws on his wide-ranging experience to support all areas of the business and contributes to the strategic direction of the company at board level. Having begun his own career as a Management Trainee, he is especially passionate about mentoring the next generation, supporting young people as they enter the industry and grow their careers. Ryann is committed to building strong client relationships and ensuring Boom delivers on every promise with integrity and professionalism.
