Mark has over 21 years of experience in property development, land acquisition, and construction. After seven years working in land buying for multinational developers, he founded Aldenham Residential in 2010, later joining the Boom Construction Board in 2019. Mark has acquired land and got planning permission for over 1000 homes in the home counties and gone on to see them successfully delivered. He has a passion for the built environment and creating beautiful places to live.

Mark brings a wealth of knowledge in identifying and securing development opportunities, supporting clients with strategic land-led deals and promoting partnerships with housing providers. His insight into the early stages of development helps clients progress their projects with confidence. As a Board member, Mark contributes to the strategic growth of the business and plays a key role in strengthening Boom’s development and partnerships offering.
