Swallowfields

This project involves the conversion of an existing three-storey building, with a four-storey extension to deliver 20 flats for affordable rent in Hertfordshire. 

We have worked closely with our client to provide them with added value and buildability solutions. This included identifying alternative solutions for the façade detailing which improved the thermal performance of the building, whilst providing savings for our client.
