Originally a warehouse and office building, Pocket Living had a vision for to turn this building into affordable apartments for first time buyers that would be sold for at least 20% less than market value.
The project was the complete strip out of the existing concrete frame building and reconfiguration as well as building a further two floors on top to increase its capacity to 44 apartments.
