ILFORD HIGH ROAD

We are currently delivering Boom’s largest project to date, for one of the country’s largest housing providers, The Guinness Partnership. The scheme will deliver 52 affordable homes; with a mix of 2 and 3 bedroom properties, located in Seven Kings, Illford. 

 

Given its location, in an urban context and on the boundary of a network rail line, the scheme will draw upon our logistic capabilities to manage the delivery of the scheme with little to no lay down space. A sustainable scheme, we have advised on the energy strategy which will ensure the scheme is run solely on electricity. This will bring a number of environmental benefits along with money saving initiatives for our client.

 

We are currently in the pre-construction phase of this scheme. We have worked closely with the client and all the relevant stakeholders to provide high levels of customer satisfaction.
