The scheme will deliver 52 affordable homes; with a mix of 2- and 3-bedroom properties, along with a retail unit on the ground floor, located in Seven Kings, Illford. 


It is located in a busy urban setting on the boundary of a network rail line, the scheme has drawn upon our logistic capabilities to manage the delivery of the scheme with little to no lay down space.
 
We have advised on the energy strategy to ensure the scheme is run solely on electricity. This will bring a number of environmental benefits along with money saving initiatives for our client.
