This development delivered 44 new homes, in Deptford in the London Borough of Lewisham. Our works involved the conversion of an industrial building to add two floors in SFS lightweight construction, along with a concrete frame extension from the ground floor up. 

This project illustrates our ability to deliver high quality residential developments whilst overcoming difficulties that arise from carrying out works within a busy city centre location with challenging logistics.
