This project involves the conversion of existing three storey building will a four-storey extension to deliver 20 flats for affordable rent Hertfordshire. 

We have worked closely with our client to provide them with added value and buildability solutions. This included identifying alternative solutions for the façade detailing which improved the thermal performance of the building, whilst providing savings for our client.
