Joe began his career as a Management Trainee and now brings over 20 years of experience with leading UK contractors to his role as Operations Director and Board Member at Boom Construction. He provides strategic oversight and operational leadership across all live projects, ensuring efficient, high-quality delivery that meets client expectations and includes a clear focus on Progress, Quality and Aftercare.

Joe takes a practical, solutions-driven approach to both project execution and day-to-day operations. He works closely with clients and Boom’s commercial and delivery teams to maintain transparency and alignment across all stakeholders. He is committed to driving performance, resolving challenges proactively, and upholding a strong culture of client satisfaction and continuous professional development. As a member of the Board, Joe also plays a key role in shaping Boom’s operational strategy and fostering its collaborative, forward-thinking culture.
